Career Highlights:

Recent UCLA graduate Jon Rankin has made history as the 268th man in U.S. history to run under a four-minute mile. He has set the bar high for future Bruins who must be beat 3:55:63 in the mile and 3:35:26 in the 1500m to take his title. In 2004 Rankin was UCLA's number one runner all season, earning his first All-American honor in addition to All-Pac-10 and All-Regional. At 23 years old, he has been courted by Nike to endorse their products. Jon will continue to train and race in Europe and the United States while preparing for the 2008 Olympics.

Rankin graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a BA in English Studies. He's originally from and currently resides and trains in San Diego, California.
